Due to recent changes in availability we now hold our pool session at The Barry Leisure Centre Pool on the first and second Saturday of each month from 12.30pm - 2.00pm.

The sessions are ideal for those who are keen to have their first experience of the underwater world under the supervision of one of our Instructors or Divemasters. This is when you experience first-hand, the thrill of the underwater world. This session serves as a brief introduction to Scuba Diving and we believe that having completed and enjoyed the session you will find yourself wanting to learn more.

At Cardiff Scuba we offer a wide range of formal Scuba courses from Beginner right through to Instructor.

The cost of the Try Dive is £45 per person. This includes pool entry, all kit required for the session and direct supervision by an Instructor or Divemaster.

• You must be of reasonable fitness and have a reasonable level of competence swimming.

• We will need to know if you have any known medical condition/s and/or taking any prescribed medication. In such a case we will require formal clearance from you family doctor to undertake the Scuba Session. If this is the case we will send you a Medical / Liability form to complete and return to us prior to the Try Dive.

• For the session we will need you to bring a bathing suit / shorts and a 'T' shirt. You can wear a wet suit if you have one.

• We do not offer refunds. In the unlikely event of cancellation of a planned session, or should you have need to cancel the session, then we will re-book you for a further date.​
