Booking Terms & Conditions



The sum of £100 is payable as a non-refundable deposit to book your place on the course and provide you with the relevant Crewpack (Manual, logbook, divetables etc). The outstanding balance is due at the start of the course and is non-refundable.

Once the course has started, the course fee is non-refundable.

Any cancellations must be in writing. In the event of cancellations for reasons other than illness or injury (medical certificate required) the following charges apply: -

More than 6 weeks prior to activity commencement: Loss of deposit only.

Between 6 to 4 weeks prior to activity commencement: 75% of FULL activity fee due.

Between 4 to 2 weeks prior to activity commencement: FULL activity fee due.


Cancellation by Cardiff Scuba.

Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that courses actually run, we reserve the right to vary or cancel any course. If this should become necessary due to dangerous and / or unsuitable conditions alternative arrangements will be offered and no refund is available.

In the most unlikely event of cancellation by Cardiff Scuba, monies will be refunded in full or an alternative course date will be offered. Cardiff Scuba shall notify the clients of cancellation not less than five days prior to the commencement of the course where numbers as a result of client (s) cancellation failed to reach a workable minimum for the commencement of the course



All activity members must comply with safety regulations and instructions of Cardiff Scuba staff. Should an instructor find that a course member/s is being disruptive or jeopardizing the safety of others then that person/s will be asked to leave the course.

Due to the nature of our courses we strongly recommend that you take out an insurance policy before you attend a course.
